    how is it victim blaming if the guilt is yet to be determined? you mean you want me to go into every case thinking the suspect is guilty?

    yeah sure. Ignore my point to play semantics. Let me know when you have a real argument for when asking someone who claims they were sexually assaulting if they thought about keeping their legs together makes any actual legal sense.
