O Flora, of the moon, of the dream. O Little ones, O fleeting will of the ancients. Let the hunter be safe. Let them find comfort. And let this dream, their captor, Foretell a pleasant awakening
Kombucha just comes around every few decades. I first heard about it from a girlfriend over 10 years ago and then later while working a farmer's market my coworker told me how she used to make it in the 70's.
It's just a fermented tea drink, pretty much all cultures have them. Like in Russia they'll ferment rye bread.
Either way it just tastes like a gross vinegar no matter how you do it.
Green tea, black tea, rye, rhubarb.
All vinegar. All gross.
Sounds like another way to scam money out of young fools.
Just bought some from a farmers market, about to have a glass of it. Shits delicious.
Bread. Real pickles. Various sausages (real salami, e.g.), soy sauce, various hot sauces (tabasco, et al), worcestershire sauce, sauerkraut...
Fermented things that most people don't find gross.
As for kombucha, I don't mind it but I don't buy it. I might try make it myself but it's not high on my list. I get enough probiotics from yogurt, which I also make myself.
