I am kinda surprised that such a lore rich artifact like Doomhammer doesn't have a hidden effect. A hidden ability would be cool, but even npc reactions... some npcs or bosses will react to certain artifacts, but no one reacts to doomhammer from what I know. There is only the Elementals out in the world for some AP, but that is all shaman not Enhance.
