It's not all shit like this, it differs because of the goal. Looking at ISIS they want a Muslim only world and all that. It doesn't matter who they target, the reason they are doing these bombings or improvised car parkings is to make themselves known and spread their message.

If you look at other potential terrorist groups with a "simple" goal their attacks will be very different. For example if we assume a terrorist group that wants all vanilla icecream to dissapear they will target events that are centered around vanilla icecream since their message is about that specific thing, not a nebulous goal like ISIS has. But seriously, fuck vanilla.

Oh right! When you put it that way the solution is so simple. So you're saying that the way to solve our integration issues is to only let people in who are going to integrate. It's a wonder that nobody has thought of that before...

It's not like you can test for 'willingness to integrate'. You would have to ask people, and they could just lie to you anyway. The only other way to actually enforce such a ridiculous position would be to have overly stringent entry requirements, but that kind of sledgehammer approach would disproportionately affect people who have 'good intentions', for one, as well as totally destabilise the country given that services like the NHS pretty much completely rely on immigration to function.

The issue of integration is in fact completely tangential to the one of immigration, and actually has a lot more to do with cultural attitudes like your own. To be honest, I and my family were born here and whatever the "we" you're including me in is, I'm put off the idea of integrating with your culture because it seems pretty cunty from where I sit. This country was built on immigration, and is made richer by the influence of other cultures. There is not, as you seem to think, one prevailing homogeneous culture shared among all native Britons and I baulk at the idea that anybody who doesn't conform to your narrow projection of 'Britishness' should be forced to leave the country. Just because previous generations of your family and others who immigrated with them made the choice to be bootlickers, that doesn't mean that everybody else who immigrates to this country should be made to conform to what you deem to be 'appropriate'.

Tl;dr: You don't decide what the culture of this country is, and I'm certainly not a part of your shitty, quasi-fascist cabal. Get fucked.

You can't test for willingness to integrate but you can test for failure to do so. For example giving your daughter that all important genital mutilation or beating your daughters breast so that she's not raped. Or living in communities where your native language is for all intents and purposes the "national" language. Committing crime is also a good indication that you shouldn't be left as an immigrant. Other things like not allowing daughters to go to school or talk to non-muslims make sense as well.
