With COVID-19 making its impact on our lives, I have decided that I shall hang in there for my remaining days, skip some meals, try to get children to experiment with making henna patterns on their skin, and plant some trees. You know -- live, fast, dye young, and leave a pretty copse. I feel like I may not have that quite right.

Euthyrox because of an underactive thyroid (which is common in my family) - regularily.
Some multivitamins - every once in a while.
Zolpidem and Diazepam (usually together) against sleeping problems - if applicable.

Nothing on a daily bases, I eat healthy and get all the things I need from that.

Also, what kind of movies are you watching?

Two anti-depressants, thyroid medication, and Modafinil so I can function on some basic level. Such are the joys of winning the sleep disturbance lottery. OTC some vitamins and the occasional Nyquil liquicaps.

Why take them then? I have taken certain vitamins for years because I think they are necessary for a healthier life. I would not take them if I felt they did not make any difference.

Other than vitamins, I do not take any other pills on a regular basis.
