weed is grown here where i live by every day joes, Not everywhere is it a drug the cartels smuggle ffs. Id jail people smoking tobacco before weed and i dont smoke or drink anything.

It's not alcohol.....it doesn't in any way impair your ability to function. If anything it makes them a safer driver because they tend to drive below the speed limit and focus on driving.
