Sure it's their fail and not the post office? The post office here has managed to screw me over so many times that I've lost count. Stuff coming late like that, or just go missing entirely. Look at the top right of the letter - it was written 2 days after the appointment. It wasnt the post office at fault, this letter was doomed from the start!
