As long as all the animals survive and gets a fresh start without us i dont care what happens, starvation have existed since the humans started walking so count that out unless all resourses are gone.
Wars have always existed to but now that everyone have hundreds of nukes perhaps that's the way we will end.
Your question is not complete. You proposed two options, one has a known cause, for this question to have an answer you should specify the cause of starvation as well.

The most dangerous aspect of Climate Change to humans is the fact that it'll significantly reduce our ability to wield crops, thus resulsting in starvation

Starvation has been reduced substantially as a danger (from millions dying each year to substantially less), even if we currently have one of the first actual famine in recent years. Obviously if some other bad event happens, like Yellowstone erupting or nuclear war, there will be starvation after the first mass deaths.
Climate change is also being tackled - and the last three years saw no increase in CO2 emissions, even if the economy grew globally, and that is likely to continue regardless of current political issues.
