Managed to just get the Cloudwing from my 17th Farondis cache.
Count is now:

Nightfallen: 23
Valajar: 23
Highmountain: 14
Dreamweavers: 12 (mount after 5th cache)
Wardens: 25 (toy after 22nd cache)
Farondis: 17 (mount after 17th cache)
Legionfall: 4

Total Paragon caches: 118

After opening more than 50 boxes from various factions on different characters, I got the warden's toy. This is depressing.

Got the Valarjar, Dreamweaver, Highmountain mounts and Legionfall bat pet. Not tracking numbers but across 5 characters at least 2-4 caches each per rep.

This week is the weekly World Quest event giving 50% extra rep and the Darkmoon Faire is also on which you can get the Darkmoon Faire buff increasing rep by 10%!

This means you can do each paragon in 2 or 3 days. This is MASSIVE if your a mount collector and a great time saver.

Also if you want the curious coins mount, hold off opening the chests until the next patch as the curious coins are a 100% drop rate from the paragon caches.

I have only gotten a pet from a legionfall box. A fast flying bat that can sorta heal itself, moveset and stats looked interesting. Not sure how rare it is, probably not very.

I don't think that this will work, because they will make new item IDs / item names for both caches (emissary/paragon).

This has been tested by having caches and transferring your character to the PTR and opening them. You still get all the curious coins. This is a hotfix for any caches you open.

I was going to save them but cbf. The turtle is ugly and everyone's going to have it eventually so I feel no rush to get it. Plus, ground mount. Would rather open my caches as soon as they get them and get a better looking mount anyway, haha. As for the other rewards, all my decent alts are reaching 50 coins so I can just buy the toy on one of them anyway.

Been doing my WQs every day since and ive yet to see a single fucking mount or toy!!

All i get is gold and resources THATS IT!!

FFS i really want that stormheim dragon and the dreamweaver unicorn or whatever that thing is!

It's because of those items (not dropping due to RNG) i' m quitting WoW after 12 years of non-break subscription. I refuse to be one more of the hamsters that spin the WQ participation wheel. I have done more than 10k WQ on one character and I refuse to continue playing that online casino anymore. I may sound entitled, but i strongly believe my time played and my content completion rates should have rewarded me with at least half, if not all those mount/pet/ toy items. It's rep rewards and I've done more than my share for rep in this expansion.
Gratz for your luck and your persistence. I still believe that locking rep rewards behind an rng wall is a stoopid choice from blizzard. It costs them more than what they believe they win.

I have opened maybe 4 or 5 each and got the legionfall pet and 2x Valarjar Stormwings (Back to back caches)

According to my guilds spreadsheet I have opened 64 paragon caches.

I have got the Orphaned Felbat and the Wardens toy...twice.

Sadly I have no way to break down that number into how many per faction.
