[A or H] Sin rogue looking for Cutting Edge PST evening guild (based in Alberta, CAN)

Assassination rogue looking for a guild. Was an officer/assistant raid leader in a 6/10M guild (killed Krosus twice then Tich once then started extending lockout) working on Bot when we lost our tanks to IRL shit and the guild fell apart, joined another guild on my server working on Gul'dan, I was brought in for two nights of attempts until their normal guy showed back up and they got the kill.

I was informed last night that I won't be getting Cutting Edge as they'll be bringing in all their friends to get it, as I was told "we don't owe you shit" even though they wouldn't have progressed without the help of a second rogue.

Looking to transfer ASAP to get the kill and stick around, I have 3 alts capable of split raiding for Tomb (908 affy lock, 906 resto shammy, and 901 prot/fury warr, now working on a prot pally as well).

Prefer to stay alliance but willing to go horde and raid in a West Coast evening guild (pref 8:30 pm PST but I'm flexible). Been playing rogue since Vanilla beta and former rogue of <Death and Taxes>, with 13 world first kills between Vanilla and TBC.

We’re a friendly guild with experience through heroic NH, but we also have a social aspect to the guild too, as we’re willing to help with quests, mythic keys and many more situations! What are looking for?
We need people who are serious and dedicated to progressing through raiding content, while also have a good sense of humour to see the fun side of progression and the game overall. We’re looking to fill the 20-man roster for mythic progression and for people who are willing to help themselves and others learn and get through the progression. We’re constantly trying to better ourselves and we hope you’re willing too

We want people to be committed to progression, while also being able to have fun in a mature, but friendly environment, and people who can accept faults and work from them.

Mainly looking for healers and ranged DPS to fill the ranks, especially mage, monk, paladin, priest, and warlock. Other roles and classes will be considered. Full explanation of classes we’re looking for are on our website (link below).

Raiding Details:
We raid every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday between 20:00 – 22:00 server time. We’re looking for people who can attend most, if not all raids and are striving for full attendance. We use RC Loot Council for distributing loot.

If "all their friends" means all the long-time raiders who progressed through the previous 9/10 bosses with us and didn't get the first kill, then yes. You were in the guild one week and expected to get in for Cutting Edge before the people that have been there for years and did progression with us? We appreciate you filling in as a warm body since we had somebody out, but frankly, you were near bottom of the DPS charts and top of the death log for reasons that were not soaking souls. I'm going to have to go ahead and fail your trial. Good luck, though!

Ha! That's funny Grady. You're all 910/911 or higher equipped while I was 905 and missing my BIS legendary (got it the week after finally). I was dying to soaking souls actually, but I was told by the raid leader or someone else to run Elusiveness when you pulled me in. I should have been running Leeching Poison as Elusiveness does nothing extra for soaking souls.

I actually made a post on the rogue section of these forums to see if I was doing anything wrong if you look up my post history. If you actually read it you'll see it's just gear because A) Hag is sub and has a lot more cleave than me as assassination (virtually none) B) there were issues with positioning in Phase 2 where Gul'dan was too far away from the well for us to hit him and C) if you actually look at the meters I was usually top 5 damage done to Gul'dan himself despite being less geared than all of you. So go read my other thread and you'll see I was doing everything right asides from being misinformed on what talent to run for survivability while soaking souls.
