Both sides doing it makes it no better and no less qualify as slavery.

    Prison labor is not slavery.

So funny watching lefties try to process it. Right now ^^^^^^^^^^ first stage, which is denial.

    Funny, because it actually happened.
Oh and inb4 "liberals" saying nothing wrong in what she did...

Being able to work outside of the prison is typically an earned privilege and the inmate is paid for doing it (shit wages but that is a different topic).

There is a big difference between a slave and someone in prison doing a job.

In which republicans are suddenly against the prison labor system.

Oh FFS, an excerpt from her 20 year old book is not news. Glad you all are more "woke" today than people where 20-30 years ago.

Why the fuck should I care about this? If Hilary decides to run for public office again, then by all means, go ahead bring this up; shout it on the mountaintops. But until she does, I don't give a fuck about her and her shittyness, past, present, or future; because she's now a private citizen, whose shittyness no longer has the potential to cause damage on a macro scale.

If you fuckers are going to continue to dig up old shit on this now irrelevant bitch, at least have the motherfucking balls to just admit that this whataboutism shit has no other purpose than misdirection, and keeping everyone from bitching about Trump. Stop trying to pretend it's anything else.

Oh I'm so happy to see Republican's so concerned with the criminal sub-human trash our valiant police officers continually and without error put away.

Here's to you guys, I knew you would come around!

TLDR: Cubby is ok with the Clinton's having slaves as long as it was 20 years ago.

Are you outraged that the Clintons used prison labor, or are you just a big ball of "LOL LEFTY LIBRUHL SCUM"

Because if we want to go the "unpaid prison labor is slavery" route, states all make use of prisoners for unpaid manual labor for state business. Thus the whole governor's mansion thing. Right wing states tend to have the most brutal treatment of said prisoners as well as the most extensive use of their prisoners. So, are you ready to be outraged that the right does what the Clintons did in droves, or are you just going "LOLOLOL LEFTIES"?

From the pinstripe slaves in your local prison.

    Community service is not slavery.

Community service is punishment for commenting a crime and once your time served is complete you're free to go. Slavery is being born into or captured into a life long servitude to someone else.

Twitter Erupts Over News Hillary Clinton Used Black Prison Labor While First Lady Of Arkansas.

First line of that article reveals that a BernieBro also broke with this story on the 6th.

And the website in the OP is definitely not a right wing publication.

So yeah, I suspect there's plenty liberal outrage to be found.

Nice personal definition you have there, does it make you feel better?

Nearly every state uses prisoners for unpaid labor. Picking up trash in public spaces and sides of roads/highways, taking care of the grounds of state buildings (Governor's manors *cough*), and in particular, southern and flyover states just loooooooooooooooove to use their prisoners to pick crops in the hot sun.

We've even had threads on this before, about how it's wrong to take away people's rights to choose to work, and the right's response is always "WELL IF THEY DIDN'T WANNA WORK HARD LABOR THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE COMMITTED CRIMES!" and it's like "So the right supports slavery?" "No this isn't slavery, it's doing your time!"

Now all of a sudden it's slavery, at least in this thread. But we all know the right changes its stance on things from thread to thread and is full of inconsistencies.

Meanwhile, actual slaves were used to construct Trump hotels, and people had no problems electing him.

Two sentences was too long for you to read? That is impressive. Well I can't wait to watch your advocacy for prison labor reform considering there are many states that allow for unpaid prison labor. Your outrage can't possibly be motivated by your hate for the Clintons.
