People really need to stop the Russophobia. I know lots of Russian Americans that are living in fear because of this. Hate crimes and anti Russian American bias have risen also.

I don't think that Russians are evil, their various governments on the other hand...

It looks like the Russian people are cursed to have evil/insane leaders going back to Ivan the Terrible. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivan_the_Terrible

Can you link a definition from a reputable dictionary? Cause I can't find one.

Now substitute "Russian" with "American". You may feel the same way. However, by reading the comments on the threads on this forum there is an "Americaniphobe" epidemic happening.

Patience, you need to wait for the virtue-signalers to catch on they can play the victim card

As is the "alt-left" my friend. Both extremes views have gotten way out of hand. Sadly, many people will believe practically anything they see or read on the news.

Maybe because it is (after decades of "Russia = Soviet = Communism = Socialism = EEEEEEEVVUUUUUL!!!!1111!!" propaganda) mostly an American thing?

Yeah sorry I don't believe Russophobia is a thing

If your unhappy with the world view of Russia then make your own government accountable. All criticism of Russia I see is justified

Also xenophobia is an appropriate word no need inventing new snowflake words

Calling her a treasonous traitor.

But this is just where we are. There are a portion of people out there who are putting party over country. And that's a bigger threat than any foreign enemy.
I think an even bigger threat is social justice warriors. They put behavior control ahead of humanity. Pretty soon, all we're going to have is disobedient apes, because those are the only ones that will reproduce. This is why the democratic party was shut down. We're finally almost, almost back to admitting that only ~10% of humanity is homosexual, maybe we'll finally stop seeing it get pushed so hard especially since the moneymongers found a way to convince scotus to surrender privileges to 10% of humanity by betraying the basic rights of the rest of the country with an iron ruling.

As for Russophobia, I've reached the climax of that more than half a year ago. It peaks when you think that anyone trying to make you hate another group of people, like say you got harassed by someone named Polandman, is actually a russian propagandist in disguise trying to make you hate poland.

So now, when someone "black" harasses me, I instantly upgrade my hatred towards russians, because I know it's really a russian manipulator in disguise, pretending to be black to try and make me hate blacks.

More like we're concerned about the possibility between the Trump Administration and Russian officials. Being worried that our President or administration is corrupt doesn't mean we hate the Russian people.
Lol, oh yeah, Trump is definitely the only person in the government that is corrupt.

Do you know what "or administration" means? He didn't at all imply that Donald Trump is the only corrupt person in the government.

Xenophobia is still an apt word, no need inventing unnecessary words for laziness

"An increase in xenophobia towards Russians" is what the title should be

"Anti-Russian sentiment or Russophobia is a diverse spectrum of negative feelings, dislikes, fears, aversion, derision and/or prejudice of Russia, Russians or Russian culture.[1]"

It's already a word. OP didn't invent anything.
