aparently the poketuber shofu made a video about how everyones over reacting because he has some inside knowledge that the games are gonna be full of surprises

except he did a reaction video and didn't know about USUM prior.... so he's either lying or faked his reaction?

Either way I'll end up getting it, i'll probably get US since I got Moon but Lunala looks amazing.

People may not like that this won't be on the Switch or it isn't a remake, but I am loving that we'll be getting more Alolan pokemon. I think they are the most fascinating thing the game has added in a long time.

Not getting excited for this at all. More likely just Pokemon to the Alolan dex and some bonus story but I'll admit that I was one really hoping for it on the Switch as well because of how atrocious SuMo plays on the 3DS.

I'll still probably end up getting it just to keep the collection complete but this really feels like a cash grab.

Eh I don't think megas were really that terrible and they brought a lot of excitement, especially to more underused mons.

I just think they fucked up pretty bad with how they implemented them, putting them in lieu of normal evolution for some (Banette didn't need a mega, it needed an evo,) and then tuned them pretty poorly to boot.

Such an exciting system was pretty much made "meh" by their mistakes, Some way too good, some awful, stat/move fuck ups, and dead ending certain evo lines. RIP mega evolution.

The first images from CoroCoro have leaked and have revealed the latest news on Sun & Moon. As always, do note that translations are preliminary while we work on them. In this issue, it confirms that Marshadow will be distributed with the movie on July 15th 2017 in Japan. It also reveals the first artwork for Marshadow's appearance when it uses its special moves, as well as the first official look at its Z-Move, Soul-Stealing 7-Star Strike. It also reconfirms the Ho-Oh distribution happening via Serial Code in the magazine next month.

Ishihara just said it's probably going to be more than a year before we get this 'next series' game.

Guess I will put money in a box to buy a switch for next year when pokemon comes out....yes that's all I will play probably.
