Well last I checked the Trump supporters stance was that Russia interference in the election was fake news therefore she couldn't have leaked anything since it didn't happen so nothing to make an example of.

I don't care what it is, sharing classified information is a crime and should be Punished. Just like with Edward Snowden, even though it made the Obama administration look bad I am against it. People can't just pick and chose what they want to leak, that's not how classified information works.

If you are entrusted with sensitive information and a security clearance, you have a ethical duty to honor the contract you signed (yes you sign a legal contract acknowledging that you understand you will go to prison if you mishandle information) and preserve the secret nature of that information.

She doesnt get to make decisions about what should and shouldn't be released.

Given her partisan nature, im not sure how she even maintained a clearance since part of the investigation to get a clearance includes checking a applicants political ties.

But he didn't, before he revealed it. There are questions as to whether he even understands that process. You can't just reveal information to a foreign agent without understanding the implications. And the President is rarely the vehicle for that revelation. All of which Trump does not know or understand. That's the issue.

If he did anything illegal I would think with all the eyes and ears on him he would be charged by now. If he did do anything illegal I am all for prosecuting, I don't think anyone should be above the law.
