When did you have Internet at home?

We had internet in 2001 but it was dial-up (AOL), I was 9. We didn't get DSL until late 2004

ours was dialup.

grandma caught my brother at the computer with lesbians on it because it froze up due to dialup being shit, and she came in the house before it'd go away.

little did she know, i was the one wanting to see that. he just searched it for me, took the fall for me too. was a real hero.

I had compuserve on my commodore 64 in the mid to late 80's. Idk if that counts as internet, but I think it does.

I begged my mom to get DSL when it came out but noooooooo She decided to get DSL when I moved out. So I got DSL at my new place and all was well.

In the mid-90s. Oh the nostalgy, people making crappy homepages to geocities and such using MS frontpage or similar atrocities. "What's your ICQ number?" Searching stuff with altavista.. Downloading porn with snail speed to burn it to CDs and sell to people at school... no wait, never done such illegal stuff.
