Every time I get nostalgic about wrestling, there are always plenty of reminders that what I remember watching growing up never really existed, and that the business has pretty much been corrupt, immoral, and just downright pathetic going as far back as anyone can remember. Macho Man was definitely one of my favorites as a kid, but looking back now all I can see is a guy who was way too much of a mark for his own character.
