- Tomb of Sargeras Raid Bosses once per Week not on LFR (varies)


Confirmed Sources that do not drop Writhing Essences:

Emissaries will, I believe average to 6 per box. 7 of those per week = 42 plus the 20 you would get for doing a single M+ and you're looking at under a week per. Unless by "pleb" you mean someone who doesn't really play the game, in which case you could use any number of days and potentially be right.

Must be on the low scale of chance, I had 5 paragon caches to turn in (note, not in my bag, but from quest turnin) and didn't get essences from any. They did however add a guaranteed chance at follower equipment to paragon caches.

You can get an upgrade a week easily. Even at one a week, it'd take you less than 5 months. The expansion isn't going to be out in 5 months, let alone the 10 weeks it'd take you to upgrade half of them.

Takes 2-3 weeks total honestly since you only need to upgrade 2 per character.

I guarantee you, the next 1000 ilvl upgrade quest is going to come out before I can get all of these to 970 (unless they increase the drops later on). Only saving grace is that half of my leggos are shit and I won't bother with them.

Paragon caches do not give essences. Just got one from today 6/20 and not before and nothing in it.
