The old Titan forge cap was 925. I'm wondering if the new titan forge cap of 955 has been implemented yet or are they waiting for mythic ToS release?

Just saw someone in Towellie's normal ToS raid get a 940 on bonus role, so that should answer that.
It will go up some, but not to the full cap until next week. +15 of highest item level. So 940 should be the cap this week.
"Privilege is invisible to those who have it."
Just saw screenshot of 950 ilvl item tf.
every item in the game can proc to 955 now
the bigger the gap between base ilvl and tf cap, the lower the chance to get the tf cap.
Pretty sure the only items that can TF to that level right now are from the actual ToS raid. Next week is when everything else gets the chance to TF that high.
Could be wrong, but pretty sure no one has seen anything TF over 925 outside of ToS yet.
I think that's due to it being exceedingly rare and most people are still at work/school
I gambled 16 rel. trinket tokens today and didn't even get a titanforge proc let alone 930+ so good luck!
Blizzard failed/lied once again. Is anyone surprised? My bet is that they will fix it for EU, and because of that US players will be at advantage.
wrong they were saying nethershard items will remain 880 BASELINE, and will not increase to say 900 baseline to be more inline with the new raids ilvl's, relinquished items like
EVERY
OTHER
ITEM
IN
LEGION
obeys the same ilvl cap, if it can warforge/titanforge it can hit the maximum of 955, but as logic would dictate getting +75's will be very hard but not impossible.
there may be outliers like timewalking which is what 850 base and 875? titanforge, but you can see there is no +5 incremental just a flat +25.
Unless only *new* items from ToS raid or similar can TF to max but existing items might still be stuck at 925 until mythic ToS?
