The Kraken is around 5-10 degrees cooler @ load; http://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews...se-temp/page-3. That's a big deal. I've had two h110i v2 and they both had loud pump vibration noise and really loud fans. No reason not to get a 280mm radiator when it fits in the case.
Also, for 50$, get the TX550M, and don't worry about it for a second, it's a good unit.
And here the h100i v2 is cooler then the x62 nzxt kraken 62 review
As i said in some test the x62 is cooler and in some test the h100i v2 is cooler

Wouldn't it be better for the OP to wait for Coffee Lake?

There will always be something "better to wait" for. So no, not if there's nothing officially confirmed about release date and specs.

He can go for Corsair if he likes, but then it would be stupid not to go for the 280mm version.
