Trump confirms he called the healthcare bill 'mean'

    From the reporters of CNN.
'President Donald Trump accused former Barack Obama of stealing his terminology when Obama said last week there was a 'fundamental meaness' at the core of the Republican healthcare bill.'

    Full CNN article below.

Pretty damn unusual for an exPotUS to be getting involved in current affairs. It seems his personality won't allow it.

The current PotUS should have just ignored him. It seems his personality won't allow it.

At least Trump is still a moron.

If someone asks a former President his opinion, he's likely to give it. Former Presidents have often been involved in politics and world affairs after they leave office. Look at Jimmy Carter.

As for the health care bill, it's hilarious. The President called it mean, yet he would still sign it if it were on his desk. That's how disjointed and full of shit the GOP is. In the Senate, you have GOP members who refuse to vote for it. Some think it's too liberal, and others think it's to punitive on the poor. On top of that, the GOP and Trump have specifically killed the ACA sooner than it would have died on its own. They literally have nobody else to blame, but that's not going to stop them from trying. They will try to blame Obama. They will try to blame the Democrats. Neither of those groups has any say in the legislation. What's worse, their supporters will actually believe the bullshit.

So to summarize: Report comes out that Trump called the health care bill "mean", Paul Ryan said it was a misinterpretation, Spicer calls it a rumor, Trump makes them look stupid by confirming the report.

Seems like business as usual for this administraton.

I believe Obama made his comments on his Facebook page.

Pretty much and then the exPotUS posts something on his Facebook page. And then the current PotUS claims the exPotUS has "stolen" his verbiage. Keks all around.

As it stands, "poor people don't get healthcare" is an objectively terrible and wrong opinion to have.

Giving healthcare to evryone probably req rising taxes on evryone or rising taxes on rich since many poor ppl cant afford it, but rich people probably would not let this happen and take is as communism/socialism.

In today world minority of rich ppl have more power than majority of "poor" , maybe 200-300 years later it will change and almost evryone would afford healthcare.

Perhaps there is better solutions than rising taxes like insurance system or something else.

Obama's wiretapping and his secret agents foiling Trump, caused Obama to plagiarize Trump... after all, he does have the best words.

I'm off to involve my self in current affairs of the government. I have fingers and Facebook... win!

Yeah, it's "damn unusual" for a president to comment on current events on Facebook. Why is Obama doing it and Reagan or even Bush didn't do it? Why didn't every other president post on face book? Because our founding fathers had better things to do on facebook than Obama. You expect Lincoln to post anything on Facebook, when he is the moderator of just about every top hat and lumberjack club on Facebook?

    AND then he blamed Obama.

    No, really.

Two-faced Trump admits what a liar he is again. He can't help himself.

"Mean"? Trump celebrated the passage of Trumpcare in the Rose Garden and said that it was "something very, very incredibly well-crafted... we’re going to get this passed through the Senate."

This is a bill which, over 10 years, rips healthcare from 23M people and kills 200K people.

Mean is a understatement. It is mass murder of the sick.

And saving ACA from Trump's death bill will save those people.

I honestly feel Trump just needs to get a MEGA thread here. It would be HUGE!

Seriously, though, the man needs to stop with pointing the finger at everyone else and start doing his fucking job. That means not commenting on legislation he hasn't read. I know that means he'll never be able to comment, but wouldn't it be nice to not have to listen to him lie to our faces every time something comes up?
I think he should do it more. Nothing proves the leaks of Trump's cabinet problems being true, like he demanding credit for the contents of a leak.

We already got booted into a subforum, not sure what purpose shifting Trump's bullshit into one thread would accomplish.

It actually exposes the wrong tact that DNC used against Trump. They needed to have a DNC member or even Obama, say something like 'grab them by the pussy'. You would have never heard the term locker room talk, Trump would be going nuts about how he said it first.
