If it's a no voip pug then 920 or higher for sure. Should be easy now, but ilvl matters so little. I've been taking the best battle rez dps I can find for my push to 15.

I usually ask 895 for people I know,915 for pugs for a +15
912-924 currently sir.. because equipped = take away 5, and if they are playing an alt spec: you are screwed. You need every player to be at their best, you want everyone playing as hard as possible to get that 15, and even though this weeks not bad in terms of tyrannical, you still want core deeps to really bring the pain. AOE is a big one this week, with a crew that can snipe those greens
I ran a key up to 15 last week and sorry to say theres not a chance you would of gotten in and thats nothing to do with you. When I posted my 14 or 15 keys in less than 60 seconds I had over 40 applicants and half of them were 920+ the sheer volume of mythic raiders wanting to get there weekly done means dps stand very little chance of invites. I get declined from most groups on a 924 shadowpriest. On the flipside it was very fun to run your own key and groups were easy to make. Was even easy getting tanks and healers never took longer than a minute to form a full group of 915+ players
Keymaster - RECENT NOT OLD ACHIEVEMENT and 905+ ilvl
+15 isn't really that hard but then if you're running non desirable dungeons then it's your fault it's harder

920 for pugs
I only run 15s with guildies. I'll build my keys with pugs but anything 13+ ill save
The lowest ilvl we have is 917
Tried to get into a few +15 group today as a healer.
The listed requirement was ilvl 920.
And even then I get declined.

(I'm a 10/10M , 8/9HC raider, AP 58)
920 for anything 12+ from my exp.
I pushed my stone from 11 to 15 today, listed the group at 920+ every time (I am 923) and was flooded with DPS applicants. I guess the average ilvl among the pushing crowd is now high enough where even 920 yields a healthy pool of applicants.
TBH most holy player are horrible in high MM+ Even the one who can manage themselves in a raid.
Must MM+ pushes need a LOT of AoE healing. Which most random Hpals just can't handle alone. Obviously some can, but in my experience (pushing 15-19 every weeks on 3 tanks. ~30% being with a PUG healer) the chance of this healer you don't know being shit is really far greater with a Hpal than your random druid.
That said the spec itself isn't a problem. I have a Hpal friend who heal just fine.
I generally get people 910+ for my 10+ dungeons and higher. And generally get 915-925 dpeses since there are plenty of those to choose from.
For a 15 key id get 920-925 dps since there will be plenty people with that ilvl after 2 leg upgrades conisdered u raided in NH and did ToS clear.

Why would you want a recent achievement over a old one. I would say the older the better.
What kind of ilvl i guess also depends on the goal, if the goal is running the 15 for weekly chest you can go alot lower and less optimised ep on fortified weeks than if the goal is to push a +2 / +3 upgrade to push high key's for fun or high M+ score.
