Considering health related things have a captive audience, since people dont choose to get sick nor can choose to price shop in an emergency and meds have enough variation in side effects to make many people only have 1 choice, it really shouldn't be.

Also, in an emergency situation doctors don't really have a choice. A patient must be stabilized regardless of ability to pay. Beyond that its their choice, but people are legally mandated to have emergency treatment to save their immediate life (such as a near fatal car accident).

The people don't buy there own pills, atleast not pills like those, the insurance companies do, the only ones being screwed over were the insurance companies, who deserve to be screwed over as much as possible, they are more responsible than anything else in America for the fucked up state of the healthcare system.
