Just curious what all kinds of different variations across the globe might give for the perfect salad.
My favorite is Ceasar with a twist, I love Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, Chicken, Lemon, and Croutons
Mine have to have croutons.
I hate Onions on anything so Salad would be ruined.

Any kind of salad that doesn't give me whole or half pieces of veggies is good. Nuts, seeds and cheese is great in a salad too. Rice mixed into it is also good, for extra volume. Originally Posted by Mall Security

What ruins a salad is too much of anything, like 80% of it being pasta.

Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olive oil, maybe add some lettuce/celery, may be even olives.

Boiled eggs
Crumbled blue cheese
Grilled chicken, or ham, or even turkey
Spinach leaves
Cauliflower
Black olives
Fresh ground pepper
Sunflower kernels, pine nuts, or walnuts
Everything in the list above sans tomato, which makes me ill
Topped with a fairly light amount of blue cheese dressing.
