The lockouts are broken... and the pugging system is broken also.. if you get a group together you as the leader have everyone transported in via the npc once you kill a boss it saves everyone to what point you get to then if people decide to leave it screws over the rest of those who are on the quest to kill illidan will not allow us to bring any more people to group wtf come on and fix this stupid crap...

There are already several posts about this. Also, in the latest hotfixes, they're solving the id problem you're talking about.
