Question How do you relax at home?

Let's say you had a rough day at work/school/on your livestream/etc, how you unwind at home?

Are there any hobbies that take your mind of troubles? I think ideally you would want to go home and spend time with your spouse and kids but of course not everyone may be in this position.

Honestly I love peace and quiet. I meditate, or I will get myself wrapped in a project. I am not much of a reader of novels or anything like that, but I do like to research just about everything for fun.

Sometimes especially when I was younger it was more morbid like serial killers and what not. But now I really just enjoy reading random science books non philosophical kind.

If not for that I LOVE romantic comedies LOL, no seriously, and I like movies in general, sometimes really bad old movies for fun. Anything else would be sleeping in til the buttcrack of noon and chilling in my pool or swimming some laps.

    Someone mentioned masturbating, HAHHA!

    That's it for me.

Beer if it's hot , red wine if it's not.

Play with my son always lightens the mood. Simply because he is awesome and never fails to make me laugh.

Occasionally play games on the PC but I also work from it sometimes so I inevitably stop gaming and start answering emails or going over spreadsheets/numbers etc.

Lastly , rough sex with the wife. Or jerk off if she isn't feeling it.

Yeah those infomercials in the 90's were hilarious. Or was that Solo flex, one them.

If ive had a rough day, I tend to just sit down and do nothing, maybe stick something on the TV or watch random crap on Youtube which requires 0 thought or attention.
I normally play games after any day but I just feel too drained of energy to even consider it if the day was rough.

If I have had a really shitty day, takeout usually does the trick to help forget about the day and reward myself for seeing it through, then I can procceed to do what I normally do after a rough day.

Being at home relaxes me. Seriously, no special activity required: just being home is enough.

Watch YouTube videos, play with my semi feral cats in the back yard, video games, shower or sleep. That or drink a nice glass of warm milk to help relax.
