Our President just want something to sign. He does not seem to care what. He just want to use his pen.

    It sounded rather like this.

It's even more nutty than that.

The context was the political difficulty of taking away an entitlement that has been given. But he says "Because politically, you can’t give it away." What? He means take it away? Then he mentions pre-existing conditions, probably meaning that these protections are difficult to take away. Then the next sentence starts "Because..." but is totally divorced from why it's hard to take these protections away. Instead of explaining why it's hard as his use of "Because" necessitates, he goes on rambling about something that has nothing to do with health insurance, says it costs $12 a year, and exposes himself as not even knowing what health insurance is. He ends with "a very tough deal, but it is something that we’re doing a good job of". What is a tough deal? What specifically does he think he's doing a good job of?

The incomprehension of that paragraph is astounding.

Trump is off his meds. Rambling unintelligibly.

It's amazing someone so obviously clueless can be president.

You mean the one that was only relevant to Trump and his supporter about the overinflated unemployment numbers?

I'm not sure what "fake math" that you can apply to "anti-trumpers". Perhaps you'd like to enlighten us.

Every time he talks about policy, I just get a vision in my mind of that kid that didn't read the book, so they read the back cover before going up front and fudging their book report.

OT: All of this has really set back the GoP agenda magnificently; they were hoping to what, be finishing up tax cu...er...reform right now? Now they're going to have to do budget next. They just had to start in their weakest area.

There on zealots on both sides my friend. Sadly, the zealots don't realize they are zealots though.

Are you going to answer the question or are you going to continue he to make

    Oh.

So you don't have an example to provide. Well, if repeating platitudes make you feel better, knock yourself out.

I gave you one already. Just look back a few pages in this thread, it is all you have to do. If you don't think it is worthy of you time then it is all on you. Both sides are guilty of overinflating numbers to fit their particular agenda's needs. It is the zealots on each side that choose to believe their fuzzy math that only bolster them.
    Have a wonderful day everyone.

Yeah, I went back 5 pages and found nothing that applied to "anti-trumpers".

So you'll have to excuse my skepticism of your bullshit.

Have a whale of a day.

    Thank you for the sentiment.
I didn't specify what group it was geared toward, it you added that exclusionary clause. That isn't my style my friend. I don't play favorites. Try page 13.

Oh, I know you don't play favorites, you play preferred. There IS a distinction.

Granted, your statement is pretty much correct. He called them a bunch of dopes for their failure to pass TrumpCare which he did not write, take part in creation of, or push other than tweet. His own health care bill is MIA, of course, but that's beside the point. And his poll numbers, record-breakingly low, are dropping further. They're not Nixon-level yet, but July 17, 2017 will not help him.
    1) Health care failed.
    2) A judge ruled that the Mar-a-Lago visitor logs cannot be kept secret.
    3) Spicer held a press conference in which he contradicted both Jr's emails and also Trump's version of accounts, and insisted the cameras be turned off when he did it
    4) He spent most of the meeting about the Iran Nuclear Deal yelling at his staff about how poor it was, then signed it anyhow, reversing a major campaign promise.
    5) Trump tweeted about how everyone else would have gone to Trump Jr's meeting -- odd, since Trump himself wasn't there -- without passing it through WH lawyers first.
    6) The WH was forced to specifically and directly defend Trump's businesses as Made In America Week had to leave them off the list.
    7) The federal ethics chair who resigned rather than work with Trump said the USA is a laughingstock that can no longer point fingers at other countries about corruption.
    8) GOP members are openly questioning whether Kushner shouldd have a security clearance.
    9) Arguably my favorite, the latest two "no" votes conspired against Trump, despite having dramatically different reasons, while he was eating overcooked steak.
    10) Members of the Freedom Caucus are already against the GOP budget, ready for force a government shutdown.

Trump is proving that is inexperience and incompetence is making it harder, not easier, for the GOP to get things done. They've been insulted for trying to make a health care plan that's impossible and failing, the WH can't stay on message, his hypocrisy and corruption are taking center stage, and they refuse to open any windows to let out any Trump-Russia smoke. The proven results are disgust by an increasing number of GOP elected officials and even eroding his "floor" of formerly loyal supporters -- JUST like you said.

And that's in the last 24 hours alone.

Are we tired of winning yet?
@Breccia Do you have like, everything you've compiled about the Trump failure presidency in one document? Because I'd love to have that list/document in full.

I promise, no, you wouldn't. Hell I'm even afraid of the one I've been working on.

I love this headline. It's not even an opinion piece.

Nobody seems to know what the heck is happening on health care

As Republican senators prepared to make their familiar dash to airports and train stations Thursday evening, many were in agreement: We have no clue what is happening with Obamacare repeal next week.

At the end of a chaotic work week in Washington, senator after senator interviewed by CNN said they were unsure about the status of a health care vote that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced earlier in the week. Lawmakers wondered out loud whether there would be a vote -- and more importantly, what, exactly, they would be voting on.

Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski was asked by a reporter Wednesday night as she exited a health care meeting whether she would oppose a "motion to proceed" vote -- a procedural hurdle that must be cleared to kick off debate on a bill on the Senate floor.

"We don't know what the motion to proceed is to. That's the concern. To proceed to what?" Murkowski said. "To the BCRA? To the repeal? What the House bill is? We don't know what the motion to proceed is."

Posed with the same question Thursday morning, Nevada Sen. Dean Heller told CNN that he was simply "not in a position" to offer an answer because "I have no idea what that motion is going to be part of."
Also the CBO is basically just saying "Look, it's as bad as the last one, minor tweaks don't change massive Medicaid cuts. Wake us when they come up with something actually different this time."

Well turns out he was right when he said we'd keep winning with him. Abolishing Obamacare altogether would have been a better alternative but baby steps..

    But...
They haven't passed anything. You haven't won at all, it's been failures on basically all fronts.
