Follow up what was your favorite Race or Ship of all the Star Trek Series?
Star Trek: TNG, DS9 & Voyager Series
Whoops lastly, WHO WAS YOUR FAVORITE STAR TREK CHARACTER?
Red is now used by Command division staff.
Blue is still used by the Sciences & Medical staff. A different color blue, more of a teal -- was used starting later in TNG's production. This is however still considered to be the Sciences & Medical uniform only.
Gold or yellow is for Operations staff, those people in Engineering, Security & ships services.
For me I would pick Gold, I love engineering, the idea of bringing modern marvels to life.
My Favorite Character.
Spock was my favorite of ALL TIME.
My favorite ship of the series hands down.

I'd probably say Science teal (Any specialty can become a captain remember)
Romulans are a favorite...Cardassians a close second.
Ship...I'm not sure...lot I liked...one of my favorite designs that pops to mind though is the Prometheus class.

Blue (Geologist), and Worf and the Doctor are tied for my favorite characters with The Klingon - Bird of Prey as my favorite ship.

I would choose Engineering/Ops as the solving of problems fits my INTP personality, but I would personally like to fill a function in Operations that was a close to a Librarian or Archivist as possible, possibly even a Communications Officer.
My favorite 'ship' is actually the space station DS9. As a way station for all of these fascinating new races to observe and not to mention the interesting stuff coming in and out of the gamma quadrant, but the station is a relatively 'safe' location. I definitely would rather be there. I also am kind of a stationary person. I like my environment controlled, so I'm not sure I'd be super enthused about being on something like the Enterprise galavanting all over hell and creation, sometimes literally.
My favorite character is Dax, but my favorite race are the Vulcans.
Honorable mention for race goes to Ferengi as my mother just sent me a copy of the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition less than a month ago as a joke when I told her I was doing more 'sales related' things at my job. She wanted me to have the tools for the job.

Red. Captain of the overhauled and recommissioned USS Vengeance. That thing is my favorite Sci-Fi vessel.

Engineering gold. Favorite characters would be probably Quark, Shran, and Commander Tucker. Favorite ship would be either Enterprise-E or Voyager. Do space stations like Deep Space 9 count as ships? I mean technically DS9 traveled in space when it moved from Bajor to the wormhole. So that qualifies it as a ship.

none.. these federation types always get themselves in trouble for dumbass reasons.
favorite race: ferengi
and favorite character is Robert Picardo's The Doctor.I had fun once, it was terrible.
