Yeah, I think that comes from your echo-chamber of choice. It certainly has no bearing on reality as far as I can tell.

Antifa is mostly an American obsession. Luckily, the world is a far bigger place than the US, so your concerns aren't really ours.

Well you have cities where violent crime is exploding due to the waves of unchecked migration, welfare states are beginning to suffer financially, due to the same reason.

Not all European countries are cool with gay marriage, which we are.

I've traveled Europe extensively actually. It's not some sort of utopia where minorities are embraced.

Don't think Europeans are racist? Ask random Europeans their feelings on gypsies. The most tolerant European will seem to be the next Richard spencer

Interesting because it seems like Khadr killing someone didn't violate their human rights.

Tell me that isn't an underdog scenario right there.

Because the idea that Israel should 'give back' land that was taken due to military conflict is akin to the notion that American's should 'Give Back' land that was taken from Native Americans due to military conflict. It's called a similarity, it's useful in situations where a person may not understand a scenario unless it is assisted with something they may find to be a bit more personal.

Which works fine by me, I'm not American (thank god).
See. My point isn't that Israel deserves the land under just historical terms, but that there are three qualifications as to why Israel deserves to exist in the place it does.

    1. Historical Context: There is no doubt that Jews lived in Israel, numerous monuments and historical documents from that time period give credence to Israel as a nation in that area.

    2. National Need: The people of Israel have suffered at the hands of nations because they have always been considered a stranger in another nation's land. Germany didn't consider the Jewish people German, neither did the Russians, Spanish, Polish, French, etc. They considered them Jews, people without a home, foreigners that lived at the mercy of whatever Nation they lived in. While this wasn't the opinion of the Jews, time and again History has made this clear. Jews need a homeland.

    3. The Ottoman Empire: Now you're obviously uneducated in the ways of history so I'll keep this brief. The Ottoman Empire was a Caliphate, that means that a Muslim ruler made the laws and decisions based on numerous factors, chief among them was Religion. Jews living under a Caliphate were third class citizens, they were protected by some laws but were labeled as Inferior. As a leftist this should make your blood boil as it does mine. This piece by J.J. Benjamin underlines what it was like to live as a Jew under Muslim Rule.

"…they are obliged to live in a separate part of town…; for they are considered as unclean creatures… Under the pretext of their being unclean, they are treated with the greatest severity and should they enter a street, inhabited by Mussulmans, they are pelted by the boys and mobs with stones and dirt… For the same reason, they are prohibited to go out when it rains; for it is said the rain would wash dirt off them, which would sully the feet of the Mussulmans… If a Jew is recognized as such in the streets, he is subjected to the greatest insults. The passers-by spit in his face, and sometimes beat him… unmercifully… If a Jew enters a shop for anything, he is forbidden to inspect the goods… Should his hand incautiously touch the goods, he must take them at any price the seller chooses to ask for them... Sometimes the Persians intrude into the dwellings of the Jews and take possession of whatever please them. Should the owner make the least opposition in defense of his property, he incurs the danger of atoning for it with his life... If... a Jew shows himself in the street during the three days of the Katel (Muharram)…, he is sure to be murdered."

That is what Muslim Rule is like for the Jewish people. That was from the 19th Century.

Today? Just 40 years ago there was a massacre against the Jewish people living in Iran, their property stolen, their lives taken, all under the guise of Iran expelling their Jewish Parasites.

Now I get it, why Israel, why in that spot?

Simple. The victorious Allied Powers partitioned the Ottoman Empire which was part of the Central Powers. They divided the nations up into multiple countries, however one such country was to be a Jewish nation, that nation was to be from what is now Jordan, to the west until it hit the Sea. Unfortunately there were not enough Muslim nations and plenty of rioting happened until Israel got this teeny tiny little bit of land. And then a coalition of Arab nations attacked the fledgling Israel.

Granted at the time, the people of Israel were fine with the division of land, it was the Arab Nations that did not want a Jewish Power that was not under Muslim Rule to exist. See the above transcript by J.J Benjamin as to their motives.

So among the nations that were formed by the division of the Ottoman Empire, it is always said that Israel STOLE this land. This is claimed by the 1967 Borders. Well this came about because after the war in '48, Israel was under constant siege. Palestine, which has a very close border to Israel, was able to allow Egyptian troops and machinery to park itself right near Israel's borders which was a massive danger for such a small nation. After multiple attempts at diplomacy, and funny enough, Nasser, the leader of Egypt at the time made a promise to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth, it's kind of funny claiming that Muslims are anything but the aggressor in these situations.

Because there is no evidence of Jewish Persecution throughout recorded history. No, my statement that Jews without a Homeland is pure conjecture, it's all in my head! The Holocaust was a one time thing only. There's NEVER been a series of repeated atrocities against the Jewish people simply for the fact that they're Jewish. No WAY.

They weren't blamed for the outbreak of the Bubonic Plague.

They weren't tortured to death or faced conversion by the Spanish Inquisition.

They weren't killed en-masse by the Crusaders over the death of Jesus.

Nope! That time in Iran when the Iranian government seized their property, killed families, and only the lucky ones were able to flee and live in exile. The Muslims were just trying to be friendly!

Or maybe! Maybe Wikipedia is Run by the Jews that Love Trump and that's why there's all these documented cases of Jewish persecution! Right! That has to be it! Jews and Trump and Spicer and The Russians.

Here, have a freaking source to back up my claims.
