I'd certainly save my pet, or even a completely unknown pet from an unknown person, over someone like Assad, Trump or my fucking neighbours who shout and put loud music at 3 in the morning.

There is police or a lawyer for neighbours, no need to kill them. And i am blind, or the thread title say FAMILY MEMBER? Unless you are Assad or Trump son ofc.....

There is always a bias towards family in my home and the stigma from saving a pet over family would ostracize me from my loved ones, which is would be worse for me.

Imo Family comes first.

I love my dog, but i think my sisters, my mom or dad, or even my GF (she doesn't like dogs!) would rank above him.
