Pretty high. That's what you get from factory farming.

Scrambled or omelette, otherwise as a baking ingredient. That is all.

I don't like my eggs raw/runny at all. But scrambled/omelette is great!

Eggs are like steak, eating them overcooked is always, always, always wrong. You don't need to eat them still raw like a poached egg with it's still raw yolk, just like not everyone has to eat steak tartare, but overcooking them, steak or eggs, is never OK.

His technique is literally the best technique anyone has found to make sure you never overcook your eggs. There's a reason he has a net worth of $160 Million dollars, and it's because he literally knows better than you do, and just about everyone else on the planet. You can bet your ass that if someone can find a better technique for cooking scrambled eggs, he'd use it.
I don't think that analogy works because eggs can be cooked hundreds of ways with different cooking temperatures.

The only thing that I would agree is that for scrambled, it is best to cook them on low heat and very slowly. Sour Cream? Not in mine.

I love eggs, but not someone who will eat raw eggs mostly because, well, yuck.

As far as salmonella goes, one of the few studies done (in Pennsylvania) showed that only about 0.012% of eggs come from salmonella infected flocks. So fairly unlikely that the people in the video will encounter that.

I love eggs but if I think about what they are I'll get grossed out. I'd never swallow them raw.

Spinach, mushroom, and Swiss omelette? Omg. /drool

Edit: Omg! A southwest omelette with salsa on top!! I want breakfast for dinner now...

Not to mention that a healthy person wouldn't be as effected by it versus a unhealthy person. Oh and the strain matters a lot too.

Basically chances of getting porcelain worshiping/pissing out your ass salmonella is probably much less than that.
