Is this deck somewhat good?

I built this deck on shaman.
Its a not full Jade-Elemental deck.
Im not really a good hearthstone player and in ranked this season my rank was 18.
I dont know if this deck is good enough to ladder up.
Suggestions please.

Don't do anything until the new expansion is out. Even better: wait 1-2 weeks after it's out and people (mostly the pros) have an idea what can be good and what's crap.

Replace the Acotyles with mana-tide totems.
Replace the lightening storm with malestrom portals.
Replace the unbound elementals with devolve (not a like for like sure, but more useful).
Replace Squirming Tenticle with Tar creepers.

Basically make a token elemental shaman.

Its quite mediocre and it needs cards like Aya and Kalimos to be somewhat good enough. You should also use Hot Spring Guardian and/or Tar Creeper over Squirming Tentacle, Mana Tide Totem over Acolyte of Pain and I would replace Unbound Elemental with 2x Jade Chieftains as budget replacements for Aya and Kalimos. If you have a Blazecaller it'll also fit in quite well. I'm also not a fan of using 2x Bloodlust, one is enough and I'd replace the other with Maelstrom Portal (which you should fit 2 in).

I dont have maelstrom portal or mana tide,devolve.Still opening packs for them.And still beating the goddamn karazhan..
I do have tar creeper tho...yea I dont have a lot of cards...
