The slow motion is damning for him. He goes out of his way to push her, and it's not even that much of a gray area. He moved over to her, pushed from up high with his arms, then kept running.

Yeah clearly veers into the woman and pushes her. She was in the same path that the man infront of her was walking. That the guy could avoid him but not her? Please.
Fuckin psycho
imo it was a deliberate move on the joggers part.
The conspiracy theorist in me thinks "attempted hit", but we will know more in the future. Glad she is ok.
He is a jogger probably runs almost everyday probably even known he didn't try to kill her he just didn't give a shit. He is probably getting a lawyer and turning himself in.

Eh. The walking-man and the walking-woman weren't aligned (you can tell by looking at the shadow from the wall). But that doesn't change what the jogger did. Hell, it even looks like it's possible the woman veered to the side a smidge to give more room to the jogger, but that could be a perspective thing.
Honestly, it does. He moves close to her, and pushes across his body. He had an easier target right before him, so she was clearly the target.
Now, it could be just an issue of a guy being an asshole, but there is no way that it was an accident. People who bump into each other, will stop if one of them goes down to the ground. He didn't even break stride afterwards.
Watch the shade of the bridge's parapet. You can clearly see the runner moving a good 20cm on his right just before approaching her. The woman even slightly moves to her left while the runner approaches, meaning she was aware of his position, but not prepared to a sudden change of direction.
This guy surely pushed her intentionally and should be sued accordingly but in any case if you're running, especially near moving vehicles, always be aware of your sorroundings because good ole' Isaac taught us force equals mass times acceleration and there might be kids, old, blind or handicapped people that can't promptly react to avoid collisions (which are usually more harming for them).
Plus he didn't stop, so he's in wrong by all means
Well not exact same path but more or less give or take a couple of inches. She wasn't that far to the right of the first walkers path that she'd contact the jogger and he had tons of room to his left to avoid her with ample time. Not only that the distance between his feet and the wall shadow is shorter after the push so he intentionally veered into her.
I have a question: Why are your poll options so terrible?
I think it is rather clear he did push her, but there is a massive lack of information to make a judgement as to whether or not it was done with malicious intent; he could just be a careless asshole.
looks like to idiots colliding. both think they are too good to move out of the way
Looks like he pushed her to me, her leg seems to come up after she's off balance.
I am the lucid dream
Uulwi ifis halahs gag erh'ongg w'ssh
Lol why the hell are people making shit up the guy passed at first was significantly further over the women wasn't he may have checked her because he was annoyed but how the fuck do people go from him being an asshole to being a jogger committing murder on CCTV he would likely know was there since he is a jogger.

Yeh, he intentionally pushed her, there was plenty of room on that sidewalk to just swerve and avoid any contact with her at all. And no insult is worth killing someone over, since sound wasn't available. Fuckin' scumbag.
update,
According to BBC news, he ran back over the bridge shortly afterwards and she tried to stop him to find out why he pushed her and he totally ignored her

so was it him checking that he got his target, or is he a complete and utter dick. Your choice, but I am leaning towards him checking if he killed her.
He looks like an asshole who was jogging without paying attention, realised he was about to collide and his first reaction was to push the collision away from him. Since he didn't really seem to brace for impact of anything and moreso pushed off as the collision happen.
I'd say he was an asshole, but I wouldn't say it was him trying to kill her or push her in front of the Bus, or that it was even a premeditated push other than a last split second shove out of the way. Moreso the fact he didn't even break stride or look behind him means he likely didn't even realise what had happened.
