Because that's what a lot of people do these days. Flashing their life at the whole wide world, be it how they love someone, or that they have the Rangoon Runs.

Kang. The husband didn't say he loved her "despite her being curvy" or "even though" she was curvy, he said she was beautiful the way she is. And that is a good thing.

Because he's glorifying obesity. His wife is a fat cow and he is encouraging her unhealthy lifestyle.

He posted a picture of his wife, who happens to be fine with it.

Why is this news? Must have been one non-eventful day.

That Tess gal is just mad that someone smaller than her was labelled "curvy". I see this happen all the time. As a tattooer, I have a lot of customers of all sizes come into my shop. A handful of them belong to a local "curvy burlesque and pinup model" group. But none of them are "curvy", they're all borderline morbidly obese. But all they talk about is body positivity and being "curvy" and "thick". They get absolutely pissed when someone smaller than them who actually qualifies as curvy uses the word because it throws it right in their face that they aren't actually curvy, they're simply obese.

Is your love for your gf only validated through its mediatization (is that a word)? Do you need public acceptance of your personal tastes in order to feel comfortable about them?

    ....freakin social media

It's pretty idiotic to expect praise for not being a complete asshole.

Must be a slow news day.

People making an issue out of the most trivial things... can't help but wonder how pathetically boring their lives must be.

    I know...

The stereotypes are true and it's so hard to get people to lose weight. On my trips back home though I've definitely noticed a rise in obesity in Britain as well .

Because we live in a world where feminists have plagued the minds of people with the idea that women are hot in every shape and size.

But you know, men need to be ripped.

Borderline obese is basically being obese if you think about it. You don't wait till the person is "technically obese" before you stage an intervention.
