A racially insensitive comment is just that, a racially insensitive comment. A joke based on a stereotype is just a joke based on a stereotype. Neither are inherently "racist" unless it can be shown that the person making them subscribes to actual racist beliefs. The comment in that tweet is no more "racist" than someone saying "I'm wearing a cowboy hat, does that make me white?"

Edit: Additionally, food, dress, etc, are cultural, not racial stereotypes. Culture =/= race.

Indeed. I have thin arms. My g/f's arms are bigger than mine. I out weigh her by about 30lbs. I'm 5'7" and 150lbs and she is 5'1" and 120lbs. She is not fat, and I am at the exact weight I should be for my height and age.

It isn't even an issue that she is stronger than me. I can lift more, and do more arm based exercises than her. Different people are shaped differently.
