Got so happy last thurday in our first atempts on Harjatan. Got zeal and dhammer and in the first try was first on deeps. I yelled just for someone to say '' it was a wipe''. Ruined my day......

Don't combo zeal and DH the slower hp gain isn't worth it unless you spend all of the fight cleaving 3-4 targets higher or lower than that and the extra hp from fires always almost wins

Im 929, and we have an Arms warrior whos been absent since ToS launched, hes 919 and his sim dps is 220k above mine...

Ret is dps spec not a support spec.

We are at the bottom above the tanks, even some classes beat us with much lower Ilvl, buffs are well needed.

Class Design
If your role is damage dealer, you can compete as a damage dealer.
There is a disparity between the utility different specs bring. The team would like to address this by shoring up the utility of some specs.
Rogues have individual survival utility, which can be useful for the group if they use them to soak mechanics.

It doesn't matter what I play. Though I will have you know I clear normal ToS with Ret and heroic ToS with Arms.

I would be frustrated playing my ret pally in raids if I couldn't compete for one of the top dmg slots on the meters despite parsing orange/purple. The ONLY reason why I am usually in the top 3 is because I'm in a casual guild and not everyone has spent all the time I have researching and learning how to play my class. I'm competitive because I know my class but if everyone knows their class and rotations I would be towards the bottom.

One of our tanks just rerolled to an arms warrior and he's already doing good damage despite not having his BIS legendaries. I'm pretty sure he'll surpass me once he gets those (or just his set pieces) and the amount of time he's put into that character is far less than I've put into my pally. So I can understand why some people are so annoyed at a higher level of game play.

I haven't seen anyone mention this, but Consecration does less damage on PTR than live, which is really stupid unless they plan to change the mechanics somehow? Even then, I don't think it would be used more..
