I can understand growing up transgender. Sex organs get mixed up all the time during gestation, its not a hard stretch to think that something could equally get switched in the brain.

But this takes it to a whole other level.

For these kinds of things I just look at what possibilities a person can be born as; since we don't have lizardmen or catgirls walking around but plenty of male and female humans that is where I would draw the line.

I don't think anyone will ever take this seriously. Since it is quite old, and hasn't been taken seriously yet, I think we are safe to assume this is an anomaly.
