May as well request people be naked, and their butts explored when detained, just in case.

Absolutely. Religious rights end when other peoples rights and common sense starts. If it interferes with cops doing their jobs or security in general, it needs to go.

The law. Why is this even a thread?

This world sucks for many reasons. The special treatment of religion before law is one of them.

The problem is that everyone can start a religion today. You can do it right now. One guy managed to keep a pot on his head for his ID picture because his religion demands it. His very own religion that only he is a member of.

State and religion need to be separated completely. All religions rules and "benefits" should be void in front of law enforcement.

    They're in the face, indeed.
A nipple gives more information than any other head-feature not in the face (like an ear). If you need anything other than the face... first you're highly incompetent and should not be in the id business; and second, you should start requesting people show their breasts.

Contraband could be hidden in it. They didn't get it wrong, they were talking about the hijab

Thats fine but having a law that guarantees freedom of religion does not place her above the law.

And the tiny fraction for whom heroic raids are currently well tuned? Too bad,so sad! With the arterial bleed of subs the fastest it's ever been, the vanity development that gives you guys your own content is no longer supportable.

It interferes with the cops to identify the person, maybe you should look in the mirror. Common sense says no one should be able to keep stuff like this on for any reason cause if you allow that, why not allow people to keep on stockings or ski masks? It's just BS.

Religion should have no special treatment in any civilized country.

Religion is a 100% optional activity in first world countries that by law people can choose to participate in - or not.

Nothing, absolutely nothing about a religion or church warrants it being above the law or free of taxes.

It is just something some people willingly do because of whatever personal reasons, like taking up knitting or pottery.

Going just by those criteria then any optional activity should enjoy the same privileges, like football clubs and book clubs...

You said they were forced to close because they didn't bake a cake for a lesbian couple. And I said they were not, and they weren't. They were forced closed because the $135k fine they couldn't pay for after doxxing the lesbian couple. Which in turn started a harassment campaign from the bakery's Facebook followers. If you can't get that through your head, that is on you, not me.
