Yeah, he often makes claims of having a friend at Blizzard that tells him stuff, often in threads discussing future content. He's also made threads like this before. Here are some:

Most of these guesses framed as leaks are terribly wrong. Like, more so than the average person would even predict. Considering the author, this may be purposeful.
