I really don't see why people make such a big deal out of up-skirting not being legally punishable. So some guy takes a pictures of your hoo-ha with or without panties on in public. They assume that legal recourse being taken against a man who used a phone to violate someone's privacy to fulfill his perverse desires is an attack on themselves as men, and so therefore become complete dense sticks in the mud to stick up for him.
