I like the non-alcoholic variety you can buy in stores during the holiday season. I do not like the alcoholic variety. I don't tend to like alcoholic beverages at all.

Really any bourbon works. I tried with Bulliet last year and was really happy (the bourbon has strong vanilla notes at the end).
My mom drinks it with brandy, but I find it too sickeningly sweet. Don't think I've ever had a cookie with it.
