It's not how it works.
They already make a shitload of money. They already own the most played MMO.
Releasing another MMO it’s just a huge risk to end up by competing with themselves.
Especially one specifically about tanks…

Blizzard made enough money on WoW alone during its heydays to carry the company for several years to com. HS is still a huge cash cow and Overwatch is buy to play and sold for what 30 million or something like that?
