And those studies tend to have pretty critical flaws, such as failing to control for socioeconomic status or past history. But this thread isn't really the place to get into that debate. The only salient point here is that not everyone in a majority is racist, and not everyone in a minority experiences racism to the same degree. It doesn't make sense to make those generalizations.

There is one study that controls for socioeconomic status and history and still whites had less server crimes.

Among first time latino and white offenders who were juveniles, the latinos were far far far more likely to be charged as adults while whites were to be charged as juveniles.

Among again first time offenders black and white when controlled for economics, blacks were far far more likely to be charged with something carrying a mandatory minimum while whites were charged with something lesser that didn't carry a mandatory minimum.
