    Of course neo-Nazis celebrated this.

He can't go after his base. It's why it took nearly 3 full days for him to call out white supremacists by name. Yes, his spokespeople "translated" for him yesterday, but it took him until Monday to actually say the words himself.

Any auspices that he's not covering for white supremacists, especially after his constant dog whistling and overt sharing of their material during the campaign, are gone.

How on Earth does this make any kind of sense to you? Why are you so desperate to defend the Nazis, when they're the ones who were escalating the violence and causing injuries?
how does the action of that one person negate the group's message?

Gonna need to expand about that one as well, but given how you've grossly misinterpreted everything I've written so far I'm not optimistic that this has anything to do with anything I've actually written.
I haven't misinterpreted anything. You don't get to say that you are in favor of free speech while also arguing that said speech can only be in private.

And simply put: Zero tolerance never works.

There is a reason why today the KKK is a shadow of its former self, and even then, the vast majority of it's membership are Separatists, not Supremacists. It is almost like discussion gets far better results than trying to destroy it. Go figure.

You implied it. At least stand by your retarded attacks. Damn, you people are pathetic.

Or don't you have a fucking idea what we were talking about and just felt that you need to whine about BLM because we can't possibly discuss a Nazi terror-attack for 10 seconds without some stupid interruption.
    "You people" huh

I see, you don't see me as a person to have a discussion with, I am the enemy, and anything I say is suspect. You've already made your mind up, and nothing will change it. You see this thing as a Black and White issue open and shut, goodies and baddies. So simplistic. You don't understand that this was bound to happen eventually, with the media machine egging this on and Antifa going around beating and pelting any group they deemed to be Nazis, even before this happened.

And now that someone decided to kick the hornets nest enough times that the crazy Nazi killed someone, it's aww der fault, and we didn't do anything to escalate things to this point?

You are just as bad as the people you claim to fight. Intolerant, bigoted, small minded, black and white, good and evil. The ends justifies the means.

And when I point out things, I'm called the Nazi sympathiser. And you show your true colors.

Not really. Granted Antifa are butt holes, but they're still not Nazis.

Are we really going to show anger towards a group for beating up Nazis and the KKK?

The groups message boils down to: "We hate brown people, we want to gas the jews, we hate "lubhruls", lefties, socialists and democrats".

The action of that one person doesn't negate their message, it HIGHLIGHTS it.

In a thread about a neo-nazi running over people with a car: "Antifa though".

After it has been shown over and over that it was the people from the rally who were aggressive from the start: "Yeah but BLM!".

Still bringing the topic back to the death of a woman as a direct result of their ideology: "Don't poke the hornets nest".

What absolute rubbish and yes it absolutely does show your true colors. This isn't the first murder at the hands of white neo-nazi extremists, it has been going on for a few years now. But I'm sure you were just as outraged at each and everyone one of those, though I have a funny feeling you can't recall a single one off the top of your head without having to google it.

Literally never argued that. We have freedom of speech. But freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequence.

That's the disconnect with a lot of "freeze peach" supporters. I use the dismissive quotes because these people don't understand free speech at all. Free speech means that you can shout that you love Nazi's in a public square all day long. It also means that your employer can fire your ass for it, local businesses can refuse to serve you for it, and that if your family and friends decide to stop talking to you. Because speech has consequences. Sometimes they're good consequences, and your speech can rally people to your support or to support a good cause. Sometimes it has bad consequence, and can lead to social rejection and the loss of relationships and jobs. But that's how free speech works.

See once again, you fall back to your black and white thinking. He must be saying the Nazis were in the right! No point talking with you easily led people. You are watching an increasing extreme partisan split and you enjoy taking sides with the one you think is "in the right", when no one is.

Politics in this country is nothing more than a football game to you people, and it's disgusting. Choose your team, fly your colors. Minimize your teams losses maximize the opposing teams losses. If Antifa die its a Tragedy, if a Nazi dies its a Victory.

A reporter literally asked him face to face yesterday and Trump didn't say anything. But sure let's go with the ever convenient Kellyanne and other spokesperson to "explain" to us idiots what they actually meant.

I underlined the part where you excused their fucking actions. If you make excuses for someone, that makes YOU their apologist. In this case, you make an excuse for the Nazi's by blaming the BLM / Antifa / Left in general, which makes you a Nazi Apologist.

Don't like the label? Then don't be one.

See Black and white think mean you have no concept of nuance of thinking in grey terms for example. Like everyone is to blame. There are no winners. There are no excuses, for anyone. Everyone is a loser, have you ever tried thinking in that sort of way?

Extremism is not exclusive to one side. The 2017 Congressional Baseball shooting is a simple recent example of attempted murder by someone on the left toward those on the right.

I am pointing out that you are acting no differently. That by the rules as you have stated them this behavior is totally fine.

Literally never argued that. We have freedom of speech. But freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequence.
"Say whatever you want, so I can dig through it and find what I don't like and make a stink about it until your life is ruined!"

Which is what I continue to tell you is happening and you continue to play dumb.

Unless of course what you are asserting their speech to say isn't what they are actually saying!

Or have you forgotten how many of the Right Wing rallies have been called fucking Nazi/White Supremacist rallies in the last year? When they were anything but.

I am not even Right wing. But this stupidity pisses me off. You want to sit here and pretend that shit is totally one sided, that somehow your means justify your ends, when it is totally bullshit. You sit here and continually screech that freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences while being completely oblivious to how utterly FUCKED the 'rules enforcement' around that credo is. For example that last screenshot, of the transwoman stating that people should just have transperson shove their genitalia in their face until they "like it"? Did you know that several people who replied to her that that sounded a great deal like gay conversion therapy were temp banned from Twitter for "transphobic harassment"? I mean it isn't like the 3 separate women who I saw blatantly advocating for Violence to done to Damore got any censure, from either their companies nor Twitter, apparently because it was just a call to action, not a direct threat, and so on. So again, I ask what rules do you really want to play by? Do you really want a shitshow where everything you say gets put under a microscope by those who don't like you so a stink can be raised? Or is that seemingly only ok because the people you don't like are the ones being affected right now?

Insinuating members on the port side of the political spectrum have never promoted nor attempted murder of individuals on the starboard side wholly disingenuous. There is no "what if" here, as attacks from both sides toward both sides have happened.
