THIS also becomes so true as you age: you ain't got time for bullshit.
Agreed, even though I'm only 26 I've found I've mellowed out a lot since college and do what makes me happy in life. Live and let live is how I view it.

if its crash just exercise, look good, read books, and be interesting

DISNEY MOVIES....seriously movies and media beat this "love" concept into the head at a young age

Well you have a job so that's a lot better than your average 14 year old.

Use that mantra every day and you'll avoid the stress that worrying about what other people think brings.
I don't know the recipe for success, but I know that the recipe for failure is trying to please everyone.

I was shorter than normal when I was younger, like 5-6 years old (so 25 years ago) so my parents took me in to see if I was ok.

At the time, they had no idea what was wrong with me, even when I got a bit older, no one knew. Everything was normal, hormones, pituitary gland etc etc, all was normal, actually they said I should be growing a lot, but I wasn't.

I was the .1% of the "we have no idea why you are like this" There was no explanation.

Have you ever kept a cat ? I have had cats with more personalities than some of the people I know, both here and out there.

I would never own a cat. Disgusting creatures.

Besides whats the difference between that and feeding a spouse?

The cat will happily lick you after you feed it.

Nope. Allergic to them and not fans of their lazy personalities.

Cats are lazy because they know they are superior to us. I find dog people to be in constant need of attention from SOMTHING THAT LOVES THEM.

Agreed, it's nice not worrying about much, as long as I have a decent place to live and my computers/servers to play with when I go home I'm good. I just enjoy learning and experimenting in my free time along with some gaming.

I think I would like that. I was having heart problems for a year and I was hoping that would get me on disability so I can be a neet again, but I took a single antacid and fixed it so yay but not really.

If our current generation does not "settle down" soon we will be in the same place as Japan with not enough births to cover the aging Baby Boomers.

You can not fight Biology. After 35 there are downsides to procreation.

Pretty much all developed countries and emerging countries are there already.

To be honest, most people age like milk rather than fine wine. Men, women, makes no difference.

Men and women whom believe that they're somehow not aging that way and everyone doing so ain't good enough, can just seek each other out. They might not get very nice connections on a personal level, but being pretty is what matters most to those people anyway.

You don't want to even try dating women over 40.

They think they can find a guy that is not their ex in every way. Better educated, better looking, fewer bad habits, more active, more intelligent etc. They seem to think that there are guys that desirable that aren't either married, gay or both.

They seemingly had low standards the first time out of the gate and now think that standards should be higher than what everyone else told them they should be before their first marriage.

We have generations whom grew up and became legal adults around the time of the financial crisis.

I don't think we'll ever return to a time when reproduction will come as freely as it did in the early 1900's, at least not in the West.
