Age of Conan: A game killed tragically before its time. With all the lore and maybe a better company it could have been something amazing. But alas, my favorite MMO is gone. Or practically gone.

My first game was Mortal Kombat for the Sega Genesis.

My first PC game was I believe Crusader Kings back in 2004.

On MMO-C we learn that Anti-Fascism is locking arms with corporations, the State Department and agreeing with the CIA, But opposing the CIA and corporate America, and thinking Jews have a right to buy land and can expect tenants to pay rent THAT is ultra-Fash Nazism. Bellingcat is an MI6/CIA cut out. Clyburn Truther.

    Startropics (nes)
    Streets of Rage (sega)
    Legend of Dragoon

Would love to see any of those, but if I had to pick 1 it would be Legend of Dragoon... Such a great game

    NES with Mario Brothers/Duck Hunt

    Warcraft 1
2014 Gamergate: "If you want games without hyper sexualized female characters and representation, then learn to code!"
2023: "What's with all these massively successful games with ugly (realistic) women? How could this have happened?!"

    For older games:

    Commander Keen
    Duke Nukem
    Monkey Island
Space Quest (Oh God fuck YES)
    The 7th Guest/The 11th Hour

    ...

For newer series that are dead:

    Half-Life (kek)
    Dead Space
    BioShock
    Silent Hill (Done PT/RE7 style)

My favorite game got a reboot and it was terrible...
Disarm now correctly removes the targets’ arms.

  6. #106
Half-Life, because how else are we going to get another one when Valve can't count to three?

Master of Magic could def use a reboot/modernization, used to love that game.

First console Atari 2600. Think it was chopper command, kaboom, and defender were the first titles I played.

First pc games I played were Master of Orion, Master of Magic, and Xcom Ufo Defense.

I would love a Megaman Battle Network reboot.

Timesplitters, just about the pinnacle of FPS on consoles.

Dead Space would also be great, just as far away from EA as possible
I was around 4 when I first started playing, can't 'member the first game I played but I pretty sure it was on the SNES. One of my first memories is accidentally getting my dad killed in Duke Nukem 3D while sitting in his lap.
First PC game I played was probably the original Guild Wars.Makes the massive disappointment of 2 sting all the more.

Speaking of point and click - I think Siberia 3 just came out a while ago, have yet to play it but I think that genre is pretty much dead (like RTS).

Name a game you think deserves a reboot?
Total Annihilation, arguably the greatest RTS game in history, such a shame the studio (Cavedog) went under and we never got a true sequel. Well not a complete shame as if that never happened then Starcraft would never have become as big as it did, but yeah TA deserves a reboot.

NB: I am aware that some of the programmers got together to make Supreme Commander which was also an awesome RTS, sadly SquareEnix ruined the sequel to that big time lol.

What was your first Video Game Console and Game?
Probably the MB/GCE Vectrex and Minestorm.

What was your very first PC Game?
    The Adventures of Captain Comic.

Housemarque should remake The Chaos Engine.

First "console" was a Spectrum+3 with Daley Thompson's Super Test.

First "PC game" was probably one of the ones on the BBC Micro at school. Possibly the one where you had to throw a bar over a wall at another player.

    None.

Reboots always destroys the aspects of the first game that made them fun, newer generations of players are fundamentally worse at games than before, and demand instant gratification.

Team Fortress 2 is not an actual remake, it plays nothing like Team Fortress.

Doom 2016 IS easier than Doom origanally.

Star fox 64 is a direct Sequel to Starfox.

Tomb Raider 2013 was fucking horrible.

    Wolfenstein 2001 was fucking horrible.

    Thanks for proving me right.
