So... Is the next stage to all this bullshit to actually delete all recorded history and notation of Nazism's existence from the annuals and history books? Do we just pretend it never happened?
I thought the whole point of relics such as these was to show the victory that was claimed over the possibility of a Nazi regime. To remind us of the mistakes that were made in the past, the beliefs that drove some to vile atrocities and in doing so, ensure that future generations never follow their path.

The local town government has chosen to have it in their park, someone that doesn't live there shouldn't really have a say in it. The monuments in the South are the same way, at some point someone in those areas decided to put them up. If those individual town want to take them down I have no issue with it as long as they aren't being forced from someone outside or someone destroying them ( like this guy was trying to do ).

I can't be the only person scared that trying to force the world around you to chance because your feelings are hurt is becoming the norm. I'm not even kidding, I am legit terrified at how fast people are being bullied into change for whatever reason.
