How often do you work out and what do you do?
How long is your routine?
When during the day do you do it?
For me once a day 45 mins, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Pull Ups. and Run the Treadmill for 30 mins Mon Tue, Wed, the 4th day is a Thursday or Friday That is it.
I have been entertaining possibly trying to bull up or gain more muscle and trim some body fat, so I am wondering if these cross fit routines work, and if I went twice a day on the days I work out.
Anyone else have experiences.
