    How often do you work out a week?



    How often do you work out and what do you do?

    How long is your routine?

    When during the day do you do it?


    For me once a day 45 mins, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Pull Ups. and Run the Treadmill for 30 mins Mon Tue, Wed, the 4th day is a Thursday or Friday That is it.

    I have been entertaining possibly trying to bull up or gain more muscle and trim some body fat, so I am wondering if these cross fit routines work, and if I went twice a day on the days I work out.

    Anyone else have experiences.

    Usually 3 times a week. Been slacking during summer holiday though. Takes 40-60 minutes.

    No set time. Just do it when I'm home and have time.

    I work out 5 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on what I'm working on and time constraints. I usually work out after work during the week or earlier on saturdays.

    Not enough. Probably a couple times a week at this point.

    On a good week twice a day every day of the week: weights in the morning before breakfast(30-45mins), hiking/biking after work(60-90mins).

    I probably average 5 days a week over the course of a year.

    Try to hit the gym befor work if there is time but usually not.
    Always in the morning during weekends at least.

    A mix if gym and running. I tend to spend more time in the gym and less time in the track during winter. Gets cold up here.
    Some of my friends switch to skiing in the winter but I never touch thoes.

    I do 10-12 hours of swimming hard laps a week, along with a 30 minute walk after lunch each day.

    My road bike is my main mean of exercise. Seven days a week, at least 100 miles a week. Usually more. I received a brand new bike for Christmas from my wife, the tires are almost bald now.

    Other than that, I lift weight when I feel like it (mostly I don’t feel like it because I find it boring). I hike and mountain bike the Cleveland National Forest on the weekend. Once in awhile I go diving on the weekend. Although visibility in San Diego is not great, and I don’t have a regular diving buddy anymore. Which is too bad, my Poseidon Rebreather unit need to get used more often.
