Mistress is indeed a boss on which a big portion of "fresh" PUG groups are breaking up. So when I'm pugging ToS, I usually expect to do so in at least 4 separate groups. First - from Gorgoth till Mistress, second - from Mistress till Avatar, third - Avatar, fourth - KJ.

Don't pug then? I've managed to acquire full heroic TOS gear minus glaives at this point (i play a fury war). It's not hard; don't join shit groups.

Clearing HM every weeks on multiple alts easily. Don't pick shity groups ?
