Patch 7.3 - Profession Changes
Patch 7.3 adds new crafted items, materials, upgrade items, and more!

• There are several new crafted items that use new Argus materials, with multiple recipe ranks.
  
  • Rank 1 of the recipes is usually unlocked by completing a quest.
  • Rank 2 of the recipes are purchased from the Army of the Light vendor for 2,000 gold.
  • Rank 3 of the recipes drop from a boss in Antorus, the Burning Throne.
• Primal Obliterum is the new upgrade item
  
  • It is crafted from Obliterum and Primal Sargerite. It can be used to upgrade only the new crafted items.
  • Primal Sargerite is the new Blood of Sargeras, acquired in the same ways as Blood of Sargeras was.
  • There is a new shoulder enchant to obtain Light's Fortune: Boon of the Lightbearer
• Herbalism got a new herb (Astral Glory) and pet (Fel Lasher).
• Mining got a new ore (Empyrium) and pick (Krokul Mining Pick)
• Skinning got a new skin: Fiendish Leather
• Cooking got a new feast: Feast of the Fishes
• There are several turn in quests for profession materials that grant skill and reputation.

Alchemy
Alchemists got a new trinket, a potion, and elixirs.

• Astral Alchemist Stone - A new craftable trinket:
  
  • Rank 1 is rewarded from Ascending Alchemy. This quest requires Astral Glory x 75, Primal Sargerite x 5, and a Infernal Alchemist Stone.
  • When you heal or deal damage you have a chance to increase your Strength, Agility, or Intellect by 6,599 for 15 sec. Your highest stat is always chosen.
  • Increases the effect that healing and mana potions have on the wearer by 40%. This effect does not stack.
  • Can be used as a Philosopher's Stone.
• Lightblood Elixir is rewarded from Limited Supplies
• Tears of the Naaru is rewarded from Tracking the Trackers
• Astral Healing Potion and Astral Mana Potion can be purchased from Alchemist Funen

Blacksmiths got some new crafted armor and an anchor for their boots that will let them sink underwater.

• Empyrial Strength asks you to craft a quest item version of Empyrial Breastplate. This allows you to craft Empyrial Breastplate.
• Weigh Anchor - Completing this quest allows you to learn how to craft a Felslate Anchor.

Fishing
Fishermen have some new bobbers, a mount, and a new Fishing Artifact appearance.

• Six new fishing NPCs have been added, with one active each day. Visit them to gain reputation or purchase their wares.
• Fisherfriend of the Isles rewards the Underlight Emerald
• The Pond Nettle mount was added with Fishing listed as the source.
• Ancient Fishing Line increases your Fishing skill by 6. No source is listed, but it is better than the High Test Eternium Fishing Line that is rewarded from the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza.
• The bobbers added in Patch 7.2 may be on the new fishing NPCs.

Inscription
Scribes got some new glyphs and updated Vantus Runes. New glyphs for the Paladin class mount were added, but these are just sold by Crusader Lord Dalfors.

I've gone ahead and changed the wording a bit. I'm assuming that is the case, I just didn't come across a vendor that sells them on the PTR.

You are right, but I shouldn't have to. It even says in their "do you want to know more" tab that linking is optional. They just didn't add the optional part.

Yeah, that text hasn't been updated yet unfortunately. Merging accounts is no longer optional.

I do hope that new potions produce more than 1 by default, or new herbs drop in sizable batches, otherwise we're in for another patch of hyper inflated herb prices. But considering it only takes one bottle, I don't have high hopes.
