Crap is crap. No need to prefer one.

Timeless isle was alright, though I feel I should have voted for Tanaan since the apexis gear was more useful and fun to obtain.
Definitely Argus, even if we've only received the first week of content.
Timeless Isle was an absolute bore to me. I remember day one being me going to grab all the treasure and after that I sat around for while, wondering what the heck I should be doing then. Sure, weekly I had some world bosses to kill, every now and then I killed some rares, farmed Huolon, or did an achievement.
But there was no real drive for me to go there since it was simply just a place to kill time in case I didn't have anything else that I wanted to do.
Tanaan was far superior to Timeless Isle. For one, and most importantly, it had some actual story progression, and while Apexis quests were quite meh, at least the activities of Tanaan were more enjoyable to me than running around in search of rares and not much else.
The fact that there were more mounts to bother with in Tanaan also helped, along with having a raid in the middle so you'd definitely go there every now and then.
And Argus has a nice batch of goodies, albeit some we don't have access to right now.
Emissary and World Quest system are wonderful in my eyes.
We'll get scenarios/mini-dungeons/whatever you wanna call them in the form of invasion points, both the normal ones and for new world bosses.
A new dungeon and raid on the planet.
Three zones instead of just one.
Two new factions with some nice rewards.
And others that I can't be bothered mentioning it all.
I feel I have a reason to go to Argus since there's plenty of stuff I want from the place. Thus, in my opinion, it is far superior to Timeless Isle and because of more rewards and better systems, it is also superior to Tanaan.
Timeless isle is one of the best things that have happened in this game, at least post-vanilla/tbc.
Tanaan was vastly superior to broken shore and so far argus as well, though that might change.
I really liked Timeless Isle, fun variety in content. I have fond memories of the general chat, the constant teamwork, people using that yaungol thing that allowed you to kill anyone. Granted, I was on an RP server so it didn't really matter. I did take some joy in killing Alliance players that were flagged while fighting the August Celestials...I would feel guilty afterward but that's not the point. I guess I'm biased since I haven't played since MoP, but I'll return soon.
Argus.
Idk why people would pick Tradechat Isles, or Tanaan Mccuckle over Argus, tbh.
I haven't been to Mac'aree yet, but so far what I've seen of Argus I've disliked. Tanaan felt much better. Timeless Isle was fine, but Isle of Thunder before it was superior. Icecrown's Coliseum was great too, even is it was in a pre-existing area.
Now you see it. Now you don't.
But was where Dalaran?
Didn't get to experience either TI or Tanaan, but still Quel'Danas >>>>>>> Argus imo.
TI right now, but it might change when the rest of Argus gets unlocked
